The prices are fair and the range they have is hard to beat. They are my number 1 stop for pokemon cards and pins. The support staff are super quick to get back to you if you ever have an issue or need an order ammended and they take great care with ensuring everything is extremely well packaged so it arrives safe and undamaged. I can also happily say that I have never received anything from them that has been late or not up to the quality presented.

I've ordered MTG cards and products from here many times due to great pricing.
Today I experienced my first issue with one of my orders. Andy from their support team was able to help resolve the issue swiftly, which I thank him for.

Resealed Pokemon TCG packs.

I brought from chaos twice now. The first time I was a little suspicious that the packs were resealed due to packs being in the wrong place in the ETB even though the flap that holds them in was closed. The packs were very hard to open like they had been heat sealed.
When compared to a pack of the same set brought in a different shop that I trust. The one's from chaos were clearly harder to open.

I got 0 holos from you CR etbs also 3 out of the 8 packs had the rare card either back to front of upside down.

I avoid for over a year. I decided to risk it and order again.

I brought 1xBS and 1x AR ETBs and the same thing as before only 1 normal holo from the whole AR box and nothing from BS.
The packs again has some of the rare card backwards/upside down.
The packs were very very hard to open and I have opened 100x BS booster packs and all of them I was able to neatly open at the top so I can keep the packs as I like to keep my packs.
Both sets I know have high hit rates.

I will not be using them again and unfortunately I still have to pay the instalments.

I don't know why they are would do this. A good reputation cant be brought but once you fall into bad habits the bad reputation will stick.

Once you loose the trust of what would be returning customers then that trust is broken and can't be repaired.

I hate to leave negative reviews but I can't overlook this as unless you look hard its easy to overlook and write it off as bad luck and then they hide behind that.

Unfortunately there is no tamper proof seals on etbs and this is why I believe they are taking advantage of this. Pokemon need to make tamper proof seals on all products to stop scammers.

Ordered some "standard size pokemon sleeves" and plastic cases for cards. The sleeves are too large for the pokemon cards but these are the ones which come up when pokemon sleeves is searched. Also the plastic cases are flimsy and would scratch the cards when trying to insert them. I emailed to return but unfortunately i'm getting a rude jobsworth named Charlotte email me saying the items cant be returned unless they are damaged, regardless if they are not fit for purpose. I won't be dealing with this company again.

Chaos have been a favourite retailer for Pokemon TCG for some time, since they as opposed to other retailers were the ones who kept their prices most consistent during the popularity surge of a few months back, and so they have earned my loyalty going forwards. Sometimes slightly more expensive but always competitive, put up good offers / discounts and have an excellent reward scheme. My most recent order was dispatched in barely over 2 hours and received the next day - thank you.

I bought MTG related products from this company a few times and I have to say I'm really happy. Orders come complete and on time, prices are good and discount codes always work as they should.

I purchased the Messiah Complex cards for the Legendary game and it arrived very quickly and was very impressed until we opened it up to find there was a manufacturing issue, nothing that this company would have known about. I contacted them and explained the issue and they responded within the hour, sorted out the problem and had a new pack sent out to me the very next day. They followed up to double check everything was good, which it was.
The speed of thier delivery, the speed of thier comunication and the professionalism of the company makes me 100% sure that I will purchase more things from them in the future.

I've made several orders and I've been really pleased everytime. Always speedy deliverys and great communication.

Chaos cards is one of my go to stores for anything trading card related. They are an amazing store for everything from card packs to card sleeves.
The prices are usually the best around and delivery is quick and arrives perfect condition.
I have also started to use them for buying funko pops when they have some that i want, and they always take the best care with the packages.
I would 100% recommend them to anybody who loves anything trading cards, board games or collectibles
